What happened to Jesus' Disciples?

 Historians and Scholars differ on this subject, but the following is the most accepted, taken from the gospels.

Andrew
 Tradition assigns Scythia and Greece as the scenes of his ministry, and that he was crucified in Achaia on a cross-shaped like the letter x.

Bartholomew
 It is believed that he preached the Gospel in India where he was martyred by being flayed alive.

James (Son of Zebedee)
 His execution was reported in Jerusalem by Herod Agrippa 1 in 44 AD. It is also reported that he was beheaded.

James (Son of Alphaens)
 There is no accepted Tradition of his death, but it was reported that he was killed in the Temple, at the instigation of the High Priest Annas 11, being thrown down from a gallery, and beaten to death in 62 AD.

John
 It was reported that he went to Ephesus about the year 65 AD. In addition, was later exiled to Patmos, and then was released, and returned to Ephesus where it was reported that he died a natural death at the age of one hundred or one hundred and twenty.

Judas Iscariot
 His covetous and ambitious character made it plain that he was never a true disciple of Christ. His betrayal of Jesus climaxed his avaricious career, and then being filled with remorse, ended his life by suicide.

Matthew
 Tradition indicates he remained in Jerusalem for about 15 years laboring with his fellow citizens in Judea, and then he preached the gospel in Ethiopia and Macedonia and died a natural death.

Peter
 He preached to the Jews in Pontus, Galatia, Bithynia, Cappadocia, and Asia. Tradition infers he was in Rome during 63-64 AD, and it is believed that he was crucified; head downward in 67 A D, during Nero's reign.

Philip
 It is thought that he preached the gospel in Phrygia, Scythia, and Lydia. According to one tradition, he met his death in Heirapolis in Syria.

Simon
 Not a single fact is recorded of him after Pentecost, tradition holds that he preached in North America, and is presumed to have died a natural death.

Thaddeus
 A tradition of considerable uncertainty is that he preached in Syria, Arabia, Mesopotamia, and Persia, and that he suffered martyrdom in Persia.

Thomas
 He was a man that demanded extraordinary evidence of extraordinary facts, and tradition places him in Parthia, and Persia, where he preached the gospel, and suffered martyrdom in India.
